Gold prices losing glitter
Gold prices promised to keep shining forever when it hit new highs but over the past few weeks it has lost most of its glitter. The worst hit are investors who had bet big in the futures market. The price crash has come so fast that most people haven't had time to get out of the market.

Today's oil, gas, gold and zinc prices
The price of North Slope oil sold on West Coast open markets closed today at $67.44 a barrel, down 4 cents for the day.
